Something not working, or a question before you buy? Write to us — a person reads every message.

We aim to reply within a few working days. It helps enormously if you tell us the device (for example “iPhone 13” or “Samsung Galaxy A54”), whether you installed from the App Store or Google Play, and what you were doing when it went wrong.

Common questions

I paid, but the questions are still locked

Open the app, tap Parents, pass the parental gate, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure the device is signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with. Full steps are on Manage purchase.

Will I be charged again?

No. Full access is a one-time purchase — you pay once and it is yours forever. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel. If you would like a refund, see Manage purchase.

We got a new device. Can we keep the stars?

Yes, if backup was switched on. Progress is stored on the device by default; a parent can optionally sign in (behind the parental gate) to back it up to the cloud. On the new device, sign in with the same Apple or Google account and the progress comes back. Without backup, progress stays on the old device only.

Does my child need an account?

No, and there isn’t one. Children never sign in and are never asked for any personal information. The optional account is for a parent, sits behind the parental gate, and only exists to back up progress. See the privacy policy.

Does it work offline?

Yes. All the slides and questions ship inside the app. A connection is only needed for the optional cloud backup and for purchases.

Are there ads?

No. No ads, no ad networks, no third-party analytics, and no tracking — ever.

What is the parental gate for?

It keeps a child out of settings and purchases. It asks for the answer to a short multiplication. It is deliberately simple for an adult and awkward for a young child — a speed bump, not a lock.

Accessibility

These are all in Parents → Settings, behind the gate:

How the app treats getting things wrong

There are no timers, no streaks to break, and no red crosses. Choosing “I don’t know yet” is offered as a normal answer, and a wrong pick is shown warmly next to the right one with an explanation. If your child finds a question discouraging, tell us — we would genuinely like to know.

Privacy & data requests

To delete a cloud backup, use Delete account in the parent area — it erases the backup immediately. For anything else about data, write to cosmos@ripeseed.io or read the privacy policy.
